Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is completely respected with The Jewelry Guy Jewelers, as we only retain what information is necessary to bill, ship, and otherwise complete your order. We have no marketing or ad services we use, and while we do collect and store personally identifiable information (including your name, your mail as well as email address, and telephone number) we do not sell this information or share it with anyone outside our company.
 
Use of stored information:
We use stored personal information for statistical purposes, and in order to contact customers regarding business-relevant concerns. While you may receive infrequent e-mails describing specials we may be having, you will never receive courtesy of us e-mail offering anything else. We do not share your information with other companies except as is necessary to conduct business you have initiated with us, credit card processors being one example.
 
Return Policy:

You must first contact us before attempting to return, refund, exchange, or otherwise to alter the status of an existing and already received order with us. We reserve the right to refuse service of any of the aforementioned varieties if no prior notification is given.

Our policy is -- excluding shipping and handling, we will refund your entire purchase price if the merchandise is returned within 7 days of receipt. We will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. After 7 days, there is a 25% restocking fee, and after 14 days, there is a 35% restocking fee. Merchandise returned after 14 days is for EXCHANGE ONLY.

At our discretion, we may choose to offer a credit for an item returned after 14 days.

Any and all damaged merchandise must be reported to us via email or phone within 48 business hours of receipt of the merchandise in question. We will accept any damaged returned merchandise and exchange or repair the item free of charge, as well as ship it back to you free of duty. Damages arising as a consequence of negligent handling, chemical exposure, or any damages arising that are unrelated to workmanship or materials are not the responsibility of The Jewelry Guy Jewelers, and will be handled as would a standard mail-in repair.

We offer exchanges on most of the merchandise we offer. Merchandise items and lines we no longer offer may be exchanged at the discretion of management.
 

Security Overview:

Security when ordering online is a foremost concern many customers have. We do not have an online ordering system for all our items. We feature items we offer on-location online as an additional resource to our customers. All monetary transactions for most items will be conducted in person or handled via phone, fax, or e-mail. Safe and secure measures are taken to protect all transactions through this website, and subject to the Terms & Conditions, Policies and Practices of this The Jewelry Guy. We take great care with your personal information and it is not retransmitted except as is necessary to receive payment or for other transaction-related concerns.
 

Shipping & Handling:

Our orders are most usually shipped out the next business day, with preference to morning shipment. We offer shipping through your choice of Certified Mail or Secure UPS Parcel, with Express delivery at your option.* We offer order confirmation that will be sent to the email address you provide us. Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive another email from us letting you know this has taken place (if you chose UPS for your shipping you will receive a link letting you track the shipping progress.)

Communications Policy:

We may contact you via postal mail or electronic mail. We may seasonally notify you of special promotions, new products or services, or other information that may interest you.

 

Should you not wish to receive communications from us, send us an e-mail expressing this, and include in it any e-mail or physical mail addresses that you may have shared with us, as well as the level of communication you wish to receive from us. The minimum would be ’solely transaction-related communications.’ You will not be kept abreast of goings-on, sales, or merchandise available unless you visit our website in this level of communication. The ’normal’ level of communication consists of a notification of the occasional sale or other unique offering. We do not send weekly or monthly mail or email. Please ensure you cross-reference any and all e-mail offerings, including what might appear “our own” with our website before assuming validity.
